This is still happening in the latest release. Can you update us on the progress here? Having to go through the "Parameters" dialog & searching for the right variable takes a long time and makes an annoying interruption from our current sketch/feature/whatever editing. Thanks!

Not once face this issue - put user parameter into feature argument and go further.

Then suddenly find that it's not saved as parameter but as value instead.

However it's possible to accomplish what's needed - by going to Change Parameters and putting correct expression with user parameter there.

Demo in screencast following:

Hi @pavmed

Thanks for posting! Nice work finding the workaround for this one through the "Change Parameters" dialog.

We have some known issues similar to this behavior (this forum thread shows the same problem with joint origins), but I was unable to recreate in a new file with a rectangular pattern. Would you mind sharing the design shown in your screencast with me? To do so, please use any of these techniques - I'd be interested to have a closer look at why your file may be showing this behavior while my simplified files are not.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention! Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am able to reproduce this issue with newly created design.

I have created Jira FUS-39745 Ticket to analyse this issue.

Thanks,
