I am getting a message that Fusion 360 is off but I have internet access

I got a message last night that I was off line but could continue to work until I get connectivity (or something like that)

This morning I finished my design and tried to run it through mesh maker and got the message...

2 error(s)
Autodesk Translation Services failed to translate the current document to stl file!

STL Translator failed to export the data.

I don't know what this means since I have internet access for everything else.

I wonder if this is related to your other problem in this thread here. Let me know after the clean uninstall and reinstall if you experience this same issue too.

Well, now I am not sure how I should reinstall fusion. Do I go to the 30
free trial (I am a hobbiest) or somewhere else? Been a while since I
initially installed it and my memory is very bad.

Hi @crchisholm,

The "trial" installer is actually the full installation. The "trial" and entitlement portion happens when you sign in post-installation. Since you already have an active entitlement, when you go to sign in you should be out of trial mode.
