Hi @jmwallach51

Thanks for posting. I have some ideas here.

Let's address the internet connection problems on the work computer first. Corporate networks can often block Fusion 360 from normal operations. I would start looking into this by looking through our guide for network configuration with Fusion 360. The big issues we see are usually:

Your network does not allow access to the ports/domains required by Fusion 360.

Proxy servers block access to Fusion 360.

Anti-virus/firewall softwares block access to Fusion 360.

I would also recommend working through the suggestions in this article.

If you continue to have problems on the work network please gather you diagnostic logs from that computer and attach them to this forum thread - the logs usually give us a good idea of whats going on with network problems.

The black screen at home seems like it could either be a display or graphics issue. I would;

Ensure you are using the most recent drivers available for your graphics hardware.

Does the problem occur if you disconnect from any external monitors? There could be a connection problem (or a driver problem if you use any display drivers).

Does the problem occur if you limit effects for performance in Fusion 360?

Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or continue to experience problems.

I have two issues with Fusion but let me start by saying I use Fusion to design and fabricate parts. At my job we use Solid Works and my primary browser is Chrome. I use Fusion to do CNC programming and in some cases will do the whole design in Fusion for the advantages integrated design and CNC offer . Now I find that Fusion will not connect to the internet and this is causing all sorts of problems. Error message I get says there is no connectivity but my computer is connected to the internet as this post confirms. Tried some things I found through Autodesk with no luck.

On my home computer I have a different problem after I downloaded and installed the latest version of Fusion. Not sure why this is necessary with automatic updates but saw the download was available and installed it. Now my screen goes black periodically (random) and will interrupt whatever I am doing in Fusion. This happens regardless of what I am doing on the computer but only affects fusion functionality. Has anyone else seen these issues and how did you fix them if you have.
