topic Tool path generation indicator in Fusion Support Forum

It is difficult to tell if or when Fusion is generating a tool path. Sometimes there is a moving green indicator in the lower right corner. That is great, but most times there is not, so you are left wondering if the program is generating a tool path or is the indicator just not working. Should I click on "generate a tool path" or it already working on it?

On the manage toolbar in the CAM workspace there is a task manager, you could leave it open to track what ops are processing. You can also open at any time to check if there are ops processing, it will be blank if all ops have finished.

Not ideal, but a work around. I think that any time an "unseen" operation is underway that can affect or delay a new input there should be an indication of what is happening. You should not have to "hunt around" to find out why your computer is not responding.
