&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting about the issue! I'm not sure if it's related to your issue but we are currently experiencing an outage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you receiving any error messages when exporting a file? If so, could you attach a screenshot? Also, please attach the diagnostic log files.&lt;/P&gt;
