I hope this is an appropriate place to ask this question.

I have tried to download the following file:

I put in my email address and I never get the file.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for posting! You are not doing anything incorrectly - we have some known issues with file download emails not being sent. These issues are currently being investigated by the development team (internal reference ATEAM-15382).

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and hope for a speedy resolution. While this behavior is investigated, please work around it by exporting designs directly from Fusion 360. Unfortunately, this will cause some limitations with the file formats you can use.
