Hi

I have been using fusion 360 for months now with no problem, but today it stopped working properly. I can't access any of my projects and the Fusion 360 logo is stuck on the page. Attached is an image showing the problem.

Thanks Hamish

Hi @Anonymous,

This is most likely your graphics drivers. I highly recommend updating them, you can open Graphics Diagnostics in Fusion and clicking the button to check for updates.

Hi @Anonymous, @Anonymous, @Anonymous

Can you send the following information and answer the questions:

System NFO file

Are you using external monitors?

What is your display scaling and resolution set to?

From the photos and information i've seen the drivers seem to be quite old. For the intel drivers i would go here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

For the Nvidia Drivers go here:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us

It would also be helpful for a screenshot of the update history of the updates installed during the time that the issue started(or right before).
