Yes, after the bridging edit the form cannot be converted into a smooth form so it is displayed in box view mode.

In general, you should probably make the shape look smoother in box mode so no faces overlap/intersect as that is probably the reason this does not go back to smooth.

Dan you share your model so we can examine it ?

Hello. Yes, you can get my model at:

https://a360.co/2y9Ghse

Please, let me know if you find anything wrong with it as I still don't understand the reason the software fails to render the curves.

Your edge loop is interrupted there. When designing with T-Spline make sure you think in quad surfaces. No triangles, or N-Gons.

Also, design 50% in box view mode. If thats nice and smooth you'll be rewarded with a nicely flowing T-Spline.

In essence you need to weld these 2 vertices, but than as shown in the screencast clean up the T-Spline a little and move vertices.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

I have learned plenty a lot from your video on how professionals are handling such meshes!

Now, I see my mesh and I can surely realize that it was a total mess! I should have spent much more time in it!
