After roughly 16 hours plus of fighting it, I have everything working.

I did no less than 5 clean installs in total, tried every Nvidia graphics driver I could back until Christmas just to be sure. Uninstalled Win 10 updates, reinstalled Win 10 updates, changed graphics card parameters, did about 6 different things that were spelled out in detail in the forums here that were recommended by the moderators/employees. I also changed the properties every time I made a change to try every possible combination. In the end as near I can tell (and this doesn't make sense to me) I had to change the global setting in Windows to completely ignore the integrated graphics.

Here is what I don't understand, I have specifically set all of my CAD programs to run ONLY with the Nvidia graphics card, which BTW happens to have a bug in the driver so that wasted hours tracking down an issue that didn't affect me. So while my programs were each individually set to run on the discrete graphics card. For whatever reason, even though it was supposedly using the discrete card and NOT the integrated graphics, it would NOT render the data panel properly until I bypassed the integrated graphics 100% inside my Win 10 settings.

I cannot say for certain this is absolutely what fixed it because there may have been other issues I fixed through brute force repetition, it did start functioning properly on both Fusion 360 and BobCAD v30 immediately following that settings change.

Hope that helps someone from wasting a full day plus an hour here and there for weeks! Anyhow, not Autodesk's fault, it was a Nvidia/Win 10 issue somewhere.

When I click on 9 little boxes icon to access the data panel, I get the following, (see screenshot.)

However, if I randomly click roughly where the middle arrow points to, Fusion will send me to my web browser and open up my account online where I can them open up files from there to my desktop app. It's a crappy work around to open files, especially since I'm teaching classes at the local Maker Space and have had to use an old computer to show how the data panel actually is supposed to work.

Hey @amcjeepcj,

Have you tested reinstalling Fusion?

Its likely this is graphical in nature and there are a number of things that can cause it. Mostly graphics - but a clean reinstall would be a good start.

Whatever was in the last Windows update appears to ignore the Windows setting where you can set up each program independently. If you're having this problem, turn off integrated graphics completely for the time being and try that.

Glad you got it fixed. We've seen this pop up recently and have been looking more into it. In most cases it does seem to be Win 10 + Nvidia issue caused after updates.
