missing folder and files

I went into fusion today to work on some files, and the entire folder full of the files is gone. I cannot find any reference to them anywhere. is there a way to recover anything from archived data? I guess this is the downside to a cloud application that I pay for?

please help...

Can you please check to see if they are here: https://myhub.autodesk360.com

If they are there and not on your local machine you'll likely need to clear your local cache and sign back in.

You should check your local cache for the files. Then reupload them via the data panel.

I did that first, there is only a copy of the most recent (single) file I worked on. the other batch of files was not in the cache.

Hmm, usually they are not missing in both. We've seen them missing in the data panel from time to time but both usually means they never uploaded. Since all versions and copies are saved on the cloud they would have to be manually pulled.

When were they uploaded originally?

Can you explain exactly what happened?
