Hello! I'm working with a non-profit who is thinking about using Fusion 360 for more of its work. Given that much of the design work is done by volunteers we have a question - If your account (say if you created a file, but shared it) and your account is not renewed, then what happens to that source design file? Since we would likely be having multiple volunteers work with files we were really curious about this. Thanks!

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

In a personal hub, I will have to verify. My thoughts, although I need to confirm, is it depends on whose project it lives in. For instance, if I am creating data in your hub, and your hub status is active (and mine is expired after a while), then the data should live.

This does sound like a great opportunity however to use a Fusion Team hub. Do you already have one for the non-profit? A team hub will allow you to admit members in as project contributors and the data would live in the Non-Profit Team Hub, as opposed to your individual account hubs.
