When I want to use the help button the learning window is blank

I am new to Fusion and wanted to use the help feature button and selected the guidance it seems to show something for a few seconds and then disappears .

I am using Windows 10 and the free for personal use of Fusion. The machine has an I7 processor and 32 gig of ram. it also has a Nvidia GEFORCE for graphics

Any pointes why this maybe happening?

While the learning panel is helpful, it might help to know that it shows the help documentation. If you search for help topics, like command names, the web pages in Help have the same information.

Also, if you haven't tried the self paced learning tutorials, it's also on the Help menu.
