HI @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the community!

I am sorry to hear that! As I tried to recreate this behavior on my end - Fusion 360 R2.0.4285 on Windows 7, I was unable to recreate this - I tried to set paths to some applications in the 3D PRINT dialog. If I missed something, please let me know and I will take a closer look at this again!

For quick testing - can you please try to launch Fusion, by right-clicking on the Fusion icon in the desktop and selecting "Run as Administrator" in the popup menu, and see if this makes any differences?

Path to custom 3D print utility fails to persist (in windows)

On my Mac, Fusion 360 has no trouble remembering that I wish to export STL files directly to Simplify3D when choosing to 3D print. But on Windows, it saves the custom print utility only as long as Fusion 360 remains open. After closing and reopening, Custom remains selected but I have to show it the path the Simplify3D.exe all over again. Any way to make this resolve this minor annoyance?

I removed and reinstalled Fusion and the path is sticking now. Not sure what was causing it. Thanks for the work on this.
