(If you're able to &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-use-Autodesk-Chronicle-to-document-a-support-issue.html" target="_blank"&gt;make a screencast&lt;/A&gt; so I can see your workflow that would help in figuring out the root cause of the issue)&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alright, found a couple issues with the text object in sketches...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a text object to extrude labels into my design to identify a part/product..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issue #1: I can't drive the text object with a parameter....(I am also a skilled spreadsheet designer/programmer, and I have not found any way to make this work yet...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issue #2: upon updating the text object for different sized parts, the update DESTROYS all constraints/dimensions...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just spent a few hours making a parameter driven design.... that is utter broken at the end because of this... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
