Welcome, Mark. I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking what you should be seeing, in order to make sure you are seeing the correct thing?

What is the object that is in the image of the splash screen? The image is a 3D object. What is the 3D object?

That is a 3D version of the Autodesk logo. It is used on pretty much every product splash, but often in different orientations.
