UI button help how time

After last update ( last month ) I have strange but with Fusion UI buttons - help on each button ( when you place mouse on button it shows overview , what this command do ) shows for 1s ( or even less) .

Some time it stays until I move mouse from it , but next help message again show only for less that 1s .

Can some advice where this option can be changed or this is bug ?

I'm not seeing this on my end. What computer/OS are you using?

I have this problem as well. It has come up before and I seem to remember clearing the user cache data fixed it. I don't really want to do this though as I think it clears some other info as well and I don't need the tooltips anyway.

Hmm looks it has come up before.

I did some digging and its pinned for fixing in an upcoming release.

@ryan.bales You have a few extra characters at the end of the link above that stops it working.

I did get to the page but I'm trying out the new UI and I don't think you can undock the toolbar with the new UI.

I have had a heck of a time with links in the forums. I'll edit the post.
