&lt;P&gt;Pardon my delay to respond. Can you please try the below if you are still experiencing the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Close Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;CODE class="c-mrkdwn__code" data-stringify-type="code"&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;USER&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;CODE class="c-mrkdwn__code" data-stringify-type="code"&gt;&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;CODE class="c-mrkdwn__code" data-stringify-type="code"&gt;Can you delete the iservices.db file and then restart Fusion?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Educational license. offline warning. no access to files or export</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Educational license. new offline warning (2 days). no access to files through fusion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://myhub.autodesk360.com/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;myhub.autodesk360.com does work but w&lt;/A&gt;hen I click "open in desktop", a popup says fusion is not installed on my device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've deleted numerous xml files - Temporary fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fusion reinstalls. Temporary fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've added the executables to my firewall - doesn't seem to fix anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VPN on - no access to nslookup developer.api.autodesk.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VPN off - Nslookup works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try to install Desktop connector to see if something changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;frustrated and trying everything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The "outage error" persists whether the VPN is on. The "outage error" is a new thing. i used Fusion for weeks before getting the error znd I am unsure what change precipitated the error. I seem to have access to parts of Fusion, just not some of my drawing (which may or may not have been created or edited when the outage warning was present)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
