    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this exact same issue and when trying to install the client downloader it says&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SSL Failed to verify the server certificate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been through all the help with tech support and they passed me to this forum where I have 2 created threads and no responses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately I have for some time now trouble with Fusion and its connection to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled and installed it, reseted Fusion and I am quite confident, that everything should work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the result of the network test:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="moritz_schaefleQNA7M_0-1715071227833.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1359111i8A4D25A4D7A85DAA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="moritz_schaefleQNA7M_0-1715071227833.png" alt="moritz_schaefleQNA7M_0-1715071227833.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mcmaster page can be accessed via browser, so I am having trouble to understand what the problem is here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No antivirus software should block Fusion. I created the log-files, maybe there is some helpful information in them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more information is necessary to identify the problem, I would gladly provide that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moritz&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. Connect to a different network (your mobile hotspot maybe) and see if you experience the same ? 2. Restart your router and see if that makes a difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does that cause the same problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
