Fusion 360 Login Error

I'm getting the attached error message and Fusion won't let me log in on either my macbook or windows desktop (which hadn't been updated to the most recent version). It works on the same computers with another Fusion account, just not mine.

Even though it seems to be account-specific I tried all of the suggested troubleshooting methods listed on the support site including:

1. Configuring proxies as recommended, turning firewall off, and making sure time settings are correct

2. Completely uninstalling and reinstalling (did everything by the book using the uninstall and cleaner app)

3. Using two different wifi networks
