Problem installing Fusion 360

Please help advise what is the problem that my computer cannot install fusion 360. Once installation reach 99%, it stop with error message shown.

Checking your log the error line shows as:

_ctypes.COMError: (-2147024894, 'The system cannot find the file specified.', (None, None, None, 0, None))

The best course of action is to use the cleanup tool as documented here:

After successful installation, i unable open Fusion 360 after double click.

Unfortunately. The above solution did not work for me. The installation continues to fail reliably. I cannot install Fusion 360 😞
