Recreating a plastic piece with a 13G thread pitch

Hello! I am trying to recreate these two broken plastic pieces in Fusion for a 3D printer. The threads match the 13G leaf on my thread gauge. I believe this is a Whitworth scale? I've read through lots of forum posts and watched lots of videos and I am sorry to say I am still at a loss as to what to do with the "13G" in Fusion. If someone could kindly walk me through this I would most appreciative. I've found the Fusion ThreadData folder with XML files...

A quick Google search seems to point to this being a BSP thread but none of the standard threads have a 13tpi. Are you sure it's not 14tpi?

Thinking about this a bit more. I guess this could just be a standard whitworth thread, what diameter is the OD of the thread?

@MRWakefield has created a utility to help create thread XML files and has started to collect custom XMLs but not sure he's got any whitworth libraries. The add in is available here, not sure where the custom files are.

The thread looks like it's a bit more course than the gauge, don't suppose it 2.0mm?

You're right! 2.0 mm fits even better!

The OD is 29.82 on one and 31.92 on the other.

Do you mean the ID is 29.82 or is there another part?

Well all you need do is create a part the same OD then add a thread then set the pitch. Fusion just expects you to model the part with the OD of the thread (for male or female).

If printing set to modeled threads.
