Hello fusion/ autodesk team!

i am having issues opening fusion 360 on my computer. I have been using the software for the last 2 years with no issues several times a week. I have followed all the steps in the provided link including manual uninstall and clean, also cheeked proxy and virus. Still I can’t access fusion app. MY hub also works fine..

i have reinstalled the software 2 times still no improvment

I have been trying to fix it for several hours now and it starts to get a problem, pleas point me in a direction I can try.

Are you on a new network or anything? New anti-virus?

Can you please collect your application and web services log files per this link here and attach?

here are the log files. I am sorry I tried to send them by mail but it did not go through.

PLEASE look at it as soon as possible i will need to reinstall windows if i cant get it to work.

Hi @hansehiorth,

Sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner, just missed you for the day.

This is the error message I see:

20180921T162500 W Login - Empty login url, no time settings difference, possibly caused by firewall issues. HttpCode: 547

It does seem that firewall may be the culprit, but one thing we can quickly check. Does syncing your clock with internet time fix the issue? Very simple thing to check before dealing with the firewall. More information on how to do this here.
