&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in the forum! Are you seeing the issue with any designs or is it specific to one design?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, did you create the file in Fusion 360 and upload it through the computer, or did you upload it through a mobile device?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if there is a way to make it better at this point, but does it make a difference if you use more stable internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When downloading a new design from the cloud (over excellent connection - iOS app)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- first get a message "file has no assets..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- on trying a second time get "File preview is being generated and will soon be ready. Please try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Must then wait a good minute before am able to try again and successfully load the file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't remember it being like this in the past. Anything I can do to make it&amp;nbsp;all work better?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried on 3 different internet connections, all very good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All files were created in F360 for OSX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The series of messages above occurred IF THE FILE HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED IN THE MOBILE APP BEFORE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the file has been opened - which is to say that particular version of the file - then it opens "normally" in the mobile app without having to go through the various attempts as highlighted above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a new version of the file is created then we are back to square one again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response! I found out that some other customers reported the same issue and the suggestions below seem to have worked. Could you try these to see if they help?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;Turn off Data Services&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go into iOS&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Fusion 360 Mobile App&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Toggle off the cellular data or the analytics option.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clear the cache&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Fusion 360 Mobile App&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Profile button&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;in the upper left corner&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear the recent / offline / uploads data&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Overwrite the design&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the design in Fusion 360 Desktop Application&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Apply a small change to the design (for instance, show and hide a body)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Save the design as a new version&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Test opening the design in Fusion 360 Mobile Application.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the suggestions above do not resolve the issue:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="http://fusion360.autodesk.com/learning/learning.html?guid=GUID-9610E274-6C25-4ED0-809D-35C9068F10BC" target="_blank"&gt;promote a previous version of the design&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and retest&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;uninstall and reinstall Fusion 360 Mobile Application&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;test opening the design in A360 Mobile Application.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

Tested using many files rather than just one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely this will be fixed in a future update. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
