      <title>Can't log in to Fusion 360</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing a problem when trying to log into Fusion 360. I get the following error:&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="fusion_error.png" style="width: 689px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/552897i033D34C03D053A3A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="fusion_error.png" alt="fusion_error.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the log-in of a friend everything is fine. Therefore I assume it is not related to the installation or my network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With my credentials I can successfully log into the Autodesk Web-Services (Fusion Drive...). &lt;P&gt;If another account works on the same computer/network, then I'm curious what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;...actually to be correct in the last post I sent the last logs I could generate out of Fusion when it still was running (but only in offline mode). &lt;P&gt;Thanks for sharing the logs. I can see an issue with your hub I believe. Have you changed your email address or made any account changes lately?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you log into &lt;A href="http://login.autodesk360.com" target="_blank"&gt;A360&lt;/A&gt;, do you have any issues logging in? If so, can you send a screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;

The only thing not working smoothly there is when I try change online in fusion to a team-hub which a friend of mine invited me into and actually also made me administrator of. &lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay in communications. I have logged this with our A360 and they are working on fixing this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;One thought I had however - the last time you logged into Fusion 360, were you accessing that hub that you are having a problem with? I wonder if Fusion is automatically trying to push you into the hub where your access is not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Side note, what is the Hub URL for the team hub you cannot join? I.e. fusionsupport.autodesk360.com&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Had a good idea to test a theory of mine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log into your personal hub in A360 and find a file. Then, select that File and select Open on Desktop which will launch Fusion. It should launch you into your personal hub, which will prove/disprove my theory if this is related to that bad hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Edit: Can you also try logging into that Team Hub again that you could not access?I noticed it was suspended and fixed that. Curious if that was the root cause.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Then again the same error as in my first mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also trying to log into that team hub over the web-portal again produced the same error as above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally I also tried to log in with my credentials on a friends machine producing the very same results. Therefore I think it can be definitively ruled out that the problem is linked to my installation, my local settings/cache or my network environment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS: For other people working with the same team-hub it is performing fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
