Unable to save STL file

Hello,

Extremely new the whole 3D modelling world - don't really know what i'm doing so appreciate any help. I spent a fair type on a piece of work and I'm unable to export STL as I get the error message "Highlighted surfaces may be self-intersecting. Try modifying shape or Unwelding adjacent edges".

I think I may just broken my file all together now but I was hoping if anyone can advise how I can fix it. I looked in the box form and it does look like a wreck but thought it'd be worth asking in case anyone can save me from ripping more hair out!

I think the issue is I imported a 3D scan obj file of myself which sort of removed various functions in fusion 360 including the timeline and 'finish form' button (but as i'm new I didn't think much of it).

I did most my work in the sculpt environment and after many hours I then realised I couldn't get the file anywhere else...

Appreciate any help anyone can offer (although this is definitely a long shot)! Happy to send my file across to anyone if needed!

Are you able to attach the file? I can take a look at it and see what to do.
