Grey data panel Mac OS Sonoma 14.5

Hi All,

I have just installed fusion on my Mac and the data panel is grey.

Running the network diagnostics test yields no insight as it states that there is no network connectivity issue.

I am neither using a proxy server nor a firewall.

Any ideas as to what could be the problem?

@732595 Can you please try the following.

1. Logout and close Fusion
2. Go to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. Login
4. This should ask you to create your team hub
5. Once that process is complete, can you now login to Fusion?
