Cannot Install Fusion 360

So I try to launch Fusion 360 tonight to pickup up the October update. Application tries to launch (splash screen), program becomes unresponsive. Close with task manager. Restart computer, try again. Same result. Look for help in the forums. Download Fusion360 cleaner, it runs successfully. Download fresh copy of the Fusion installation tool. It launches and then apparently tries to do what I was originally doing and I get the same results. Message says "Hey, you got a problem".

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I was able to resolve this problem 10 minutes after posting, but I will leave the post for information. Trend Micro was blocking installation. The progress bar would appear and immediately freeze at 0%. Fusion installer gave not information to point to this being a problem that I can tell. Temporarily deactivated antivirus, install was clean, first launch was clean.
