    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something changed over night and the restrictions have been removed from my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's still a trial, but that will be okay until 30 days from expiry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for the help you've provided!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Student License expired. Now I can't subscribe to any license</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So at some point, my hobby license switched to student, something that seems pretty common.&lt;BR /&gt;I didn't think too much of it, seeing as how I've been a student during the time that I've used Autodesk products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it seems that student license has expired.&lt;BR /&gt;In the about tab on fusion 360 my license is listed as a Fusion 360 Trial, however I cannot create new projects. I get the usage limit exceeded error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm also unable to re-subscribe to the hobbyist license as the option isn't appearing in my application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't contact support because I don't have a license, so my only option is to hope that someone knows how to re-enable the subscribe button in the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in the forum! I have escalated this issue to the account team and asked them to manually expire your trial so you will be able to activate a hobbyist license. I believe the team will reach out to you shortly but if you don't hear from anyone regarding this, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are unable to create a new project even after activating a hobbyist license, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for getting back to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did receive an email from one of your support operators, however all they did was tell me to post in the education support forum!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a bit of an issue since I don't want an educational license, nor do I qualify for one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that they simply said, post in the forum or send a direct message. No other help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else you might be able to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, thankyou for your help so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to check, are you able to create and save files within an existing project or are you seeing Read Only/Term has expired at the top?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you can save files without getting errors but not able to create new projects, I suspect there is an issue with your hub, and the root cause may not be related to your license status.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you can save files.&lt;/P&gt;
