I'm not sure why one would need to log in and out of multiple accounts per day so that part is lost on me. I'd probably just share the project or create a team hub and use one account. (maybe i'm missing something for why?)

Now, for UI settings, you probably need to login, verify its checked and active and then close Fusion - for BOTH accounts. It's cloud set and it might be that switching accounts without restarting is reverting it for one account. Typically you need to set it and restart. If account A has preview set and B does not (or has not set it properly) it would revert.

It's also possible the log out is breaking the cloud sync for preview settings.

Hello,

I have both a personal and business license for Fusion 360. Several times per day I need to switch between accounts. As I understand the current UI, I must logout of one account, and login to the other. This is not only a hassle for access reasons, but also because it messes up the Preview UI settings each time. Is there some way to stay logged in to each account at the same time with divided panes for the models, and eliminate all the login/out hassle? It seems that I have a 40% chance of getting the new UI each time, which is a bummer because it's really nice!

Thanks, Wes

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for your response. As to the accounts, think of it like email accounts. I think most people have one that is provided by their company, and is used for work related emails only. The other is for their personal use. This is the same for me with my Fusion 360 accounts. The difference is that there are email clients that can handle multiple accounts so the person can view all of their email in one location.

If I could login to Fusion360 with both accounts at once, that would solve my problem. This statement, "Now, for UI settings, you probably need to login, verify its checked and active and then close Fusion - for BOTH accounts." makes me think that I can login to both at once. If so, how would I do so? Thanks

No it means you need to do the same procedure in each account for setting UI preview(even then it might not fix it completely). As the next sentence stated that logging out without restarting is likely what is breaking the preview between accounts.

There is no way to log in to multiple accounts at one time. It goes a step beyond this in that when you log in to one software(Fusion 360) it will force the same logon to all software(i.e. AutoCAD).

I think this is probably more of an issue with the UI preview in its current state and its been reported for improvement.
