Unable to receive converted .stp or .igs files via email

I requested a .stl file to be converted to .stp and .igs format a few hours ago but haven't received it yet. I've never faced this problem before so I was wondering what the problem is.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the forum! I don't think mesh bodies can be included in STEP nor IGES file.

If you are trying to convert a mesh body to a solid body, the pages below may be helpful:

Hi @masa.minohara,

I think what I meant sort of got lost in translation.
What I meant was, say I have a file and I save it on the A360 drive. Now if
I access that file through the browser and want to download it, it gives me
multiple format options which I can select and then I get an email from
autodesk360 with the file in that particular format.
This worked for me multiple times in the past. I tried to do the same today
as well, but I never received an email with the file all day (Still haven't
received it). Is there something else I can do? And what could be the
reason for this issue arising today?

No, I didn't upload an stl file. I was referring to the file that gets uploaded when we save it from Fusion. I'm not sure what format it is in. This is basically the file. If you go on this link you should be able to see the download option on the top right side and the multiple formats that you could download it in.

Once I select my format, it gives me a message saying the file will be delivered to my inbox when the conversion is complete but I haven't received it yet.

I received emails with download link within a minute. Please see the attached file.

Would you mind checking if you can download the file as STEP and IGES now? If it still doesn't work, could you try saving the file as a new version, and then try downloading the file again?

Also, Export command may help as well.

Great, thank you so much! I think there was something wrong with my email id. I entered another one and it arrived right away.

Next time, I'll just use Export!
