Trying to open a project file and its just sitting with the loading circle on it

Trying to load up a project file for a very large project.

And in the my first project area on the left it shows it but with a circle on it going indefinitely. this is day 6 trying to get my work back.

Prior to this the program was crashing a lot when in this project. upon the most recent crash it looks like my Project might be corupt.

Is the master file a physical location on the pcs hdd? if yes what is a general location for that folder.

I do have a backup but its about 90 hours of work lost.

Thank you for posting int he forum, and I am sorry to hear about the issue.

Can you open the file in offline mode?

Also, the location of locally cached files is described in this article.

If that doesn't help, could you try downloading a copy of the file in this page, and upload it to your project to see if you can open it? I'm assuming the file in the cloud would include more recent state of the project than your backup file.
