    <description>&lt;P&gt;UPDATE: Health Dashboard says it should be up. Can only launch the program when disconnected from the internet. When I tried to get back online after launching fusion it continuously loads trying to go back online then it says "we're currently updating our services" . Tried to clear local cache manually and still having the same issue, restarted computer too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Currently Updating Services - Can't access design files</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me or is everyone getting the message that AutoDesk is updating services meaning you can't work online?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been an issue since last night and I'm unable to work on any of my designs but maybe 2-3. This is really hindering my ability to get anything done! I don't get many days off so I'm pretty disappointed that I'm losing all this time, I didn't realize how much Fusion360 relies on a connection, its almost like they own my files and not me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I guess I can cache my project from now on but this is a bit ridiculous. I can't even convert models to STL because I guess that relies on the connection as well?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UPDATE #2: I had some updates required through the AutoDesk Desktop App for "Manufacturing Data Exchange Utility" so I let them install and now I can't even get into Fusion after this message pops up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck with this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem in October.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Autodesk had to delete all my files to get me back online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only took them about a month to fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They said&amp;nbsp;they are not responsible for files stored on the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I told them even if I had them stored locally I couldn't even access Fusion360.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would suggest using something different.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Even though this software is very powerful it doesn't do any good if you can't access it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a clean uninstall of Fusion and was able to login with a new account I just created and still having the same issue, so this doesn't appear to be related to my design files so I don't think our situations were 100% the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I didn't know I could even access them through the web like that but I just tried and everything is there but my lastest design. I'm guessing that one is corrupted and maybe causing this when trying to upload it or something. I contacted support and hopefully they can just delete that one.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I just got to work and connected to that network and I now have access to Fusion with no issues. My one assumed corrupted design is gone now. Will wait until I get home and make sure it works there before saying this is resolved&lt;/P&gt;</description>
