I am still having issues trying to upload files. I have tried from two different networks. I canceled all ongoing uploads then retried upload one small file. I have tried different file types (.STEP & .STL).

Hi, I am trying to access a file got but Fusion360 is stuck in uploading, as my file is being uploaded. This happened right after I tried uploading a file by because it took ages, I canceled the upload. I tried re-uploading the file that caused the problem, but it still doesn't load. I want to be editing online normally and upload new files from my computer. Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for posting!

You might need to try manually removing the upload queue and upload meter. Directions are in this article. This may have been after you cancelled the upload that was in-progress, or due to network issues while uploading.

If that doesn't work, in some cases, Fusion 360 is unable to open a file because an update was not properly completed. To check for this issue, check the version number for Fusion 360 within the Fusion 360 Help menu by selecting About. If the version number does not match the current version of Fusion 360 (2.0.5331), please perform a clean uninstall and reinstall Fusion 360 to force the update and choose to keep the local cache.

Let me know if you still cannot edit the file after this.

Thanks,

Thank you, it was indeed due to poor connection I think, the problem fixed as soon as I changed network.

The solution no longer works on the Macintosh. Fusion 360's directory structure has changed, making it difficult to find the folders described in the instructions. Is there an updated knowledge base document?
