Can't create a 2d drawing

Hello All,

I'm having a problem creating a 2d drawing. When I try to create the drawing, it opens up to the tab and just has a blank page with a dashed line border, and goes no further. I can zoom in and out but nothing else works. I have to close and restart the software to get back to 3d model tab. I read the other posts about this problem and none of the solutions worked for me. I have a Nvidia Geforce GT610 graphics card and have the most updated drivers installed. I have tried to repair Fusion to no avail. Running Win10 Pro 64bit. I had this same graphics card in a Win7 computer and had no problem creating 2d drawings. Went to a Win10 machine because of the loss of Win7 support and now having problems.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what your graphics setup, or system specs are, but please look at the link in my signature, this will point you in the right direction, for setting up your graphics.
