      <title>Password reset issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am one of the administrators of Fusion Team for our company and I need to give support to external users.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am trying to help&amp;nbsp;one of them&amp;nbsp;to reset his password but it seems not possible. The error message says:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Password reset instructions could not be sent to your e-mail address"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help guide me to understand how to proceed in order to reset the password?&lt;/P&gt;
