That doesn't work. It puts all the files into the top folder, it does NOT create the folder structure which is what they were very clearly, specifically, and explicitly asking for in the carefully written question. I wager that they took valuable time to be that very clear on this very specific issue. They succinctly described what the problem is and how to replicate it.

Reading the short and carefully crafted question I was very easily able to discern what they were asking, I accomplished this by actually reading their question. I like to do that before I answer one and if I don't know the answer I'll just not answer, someone once told me that. Wise words.

Uploading Folders of Files

I am wanting to make a switch from Inventor to Fusion, and I have a large folder full of more folders with thousands of .iam and .ipt files that I need to upload to fusion. For some reason Fusion won't let me upload a whole folder, it will only let me upload files. I was wondering if there is anyway to get a folder uploaded? It would save me tons of time instead of having to create the folder hierarchy all over again.

Hello,

I just had that same problem, and what I ended up doing is instead of chosing to select files I just opened up Finder (or file explorer on Windows) and dragged the entire folder into the "drag files here" box.

Hope this helps,

Laine
