The idea is that I want to have an organic Architectural form, it is hard to do so using Revit; so I did the envelope in Fusion then making the plans, material and elevations in Revit. Basically, I just apply walls or glass to the faces, the issue is I do not want the whole face to be glass, but using faces I have limited options either to have it as a wall or as a glass.

So I asked if I can change the number the faces or their shape in Fusion in the way that I want, so when I take it to Revit I just apply the material

Thank you for help, I tried this, it works in the Sculpt workspace, whenever I press finish form, the larger faces (in the attached photo above in the previous comment) appear back again!

Hi

I am trying to model an organic form using Fusion 360 to import it later into Revit. The issue is when I import the object I have the ability to apply walls to the given faces, but when I want to glass for example it is either to have the entire face as glass or as wall which is not what I need. My question is how can I edit the faces in Fusion according to the need before importing

These are the faces that I can apply the wall to them in Revit .

Thank you for your support

Hi @Anonymous

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking - if you're looking to apply multiple properties to the face I think you may want to split the face using the "subdivide faces" option in the sculpt environment.

Does that answer your question?

You might try creating a patch surface that intersects the body, and then using "split face" to divide the face.
