Summary: when a body is created from an extruded trapezoid, and fillets applied to corners, and a sketch created containing an offset line from the trapezoids outline, reducing the dimensions of the trapezoid does not change the offset - regardless of whether the offset is fixed or not. Steps to reproduce:

1. create a 4 sided trapezoid with no fixed corner angles. Dimension 3 sides - I used 60, 70 and 90mm

2. Extrude this shape

3. Apply a fillet to the 4 vertical edges - I used 15mm radius

4. Create a new sketch on top of this body

5. Create an offset line - I used -5mm from the perimeter. Finish the sketch

6. Edit the original sketch and reduce a dimension - I changed 90mm to 50mm. Finish the sketch. The offset line does not change to follow the new shape.

Notes - this works the same if the offset is based on a projection of the original body. Sometimes it works if the offset is unfixed but it can still break easily. Sometimes changing the parent body dimensions several times and using undo results in one of the earlier ones then displaying correctly.
