Hej,
So far I haven’t figured out what caused the crash and can’t reproduce it.
Could you send me the Crash Report from March 4. So that I can figure out which crash it was?

Hej,

anyone else having stability issues with Fusion? Since about 3 day Fusion crashes more often then usually. Mostly happened to me while closing the Application. Happened to me on two different Macs and different Designs.

It came to an extend where I start losing progress even with Auto-Save.

Best

Hi,

Thanks for sending in all your CER reports.

From the three reports you've sent in over the last 30 days or so, it's hard to tell any trend. All three crashes are in different areas and workflows within Fusion modeling or CAM.

One of my jobs is to reproduce customer crashing. If I can show how to reproduce it we can find the root cause and fix the software. It's also not just about putting a bandage on a wound, we try to prevent future issues with every fix.

All three of your reports are in what appear to be reproducible workflows, but we don't have the steps or model data to reproduce them. Do you think you have a design or workflow that can be made to crash Fusion again? I'm particularly interested in the CAM workflow crash you reported on March 4, or for that matter, any CAM workflows or designs you know of to crash Fusion.

Please let me know if you can help, and we can connect via email. Thanks again, and sorry for any inconvenience.

Regards,

There are no comments in the March 4 report. You saved the file, did a CAM post twice, then closed the document.

mh hard for me to recap what I did but I think it know which design it was. But as said the issue was also on other files and other workspaces.
