Last night upgrades has caused all of my large assembles to have unresolved components.

We have 100 of personal hours in these models.

We sincerely apologize for the issue you are facing. We are aware of this issue and looking at a fix as the highest priority. At this time we ask that you please do not save the design in this state. We do not have a workaround currently but looking to deliver a proper fix as soon as we have the fix validated.

We have deployed an update that should fix this problem. Please restart Fusion 360 to get the update. you should be on version 2.0.5511 that has this fix.
