Help with adding pins and splitting project

Hello, im just learning Fusion and cant figure out how to add pins that are shown in orange in the image, one side needs the pin and the other needs the hole.

Next, im 3D printing this project so how do I split the project to print one half with the pins and the other with the holes that the pins go into?

All parts im currently needing help with are BLACK in the image. Thanks!

Your model attachment came across well but I am afraid you images, which define the task, did not. I tried to download them as well, no dice. Please create and attach them again. Before you post, check to see if you can open them.

Model is attached. I used 6 mm holes and pins, DID NOT add any clearance between the pins and the holes as you did not specify as I do not 3-D print. Use the Offset Face Command on the first hole of the pattern to add the clearance you need to all. To do this simply move the timeline marker before the pattern and add the clearance. Hole depth is 10 mm and Pin length is 8 mm. Model is split into two bodies along the Y-Z Plane.

Edit: You might want to Chamfer the ends of the pins also.
