Design will not open with latest update.

I drew a new design last night at home. At the office this morming, I launch 360 and it does a new update download and the green bar (see what's new thing) appears. I X that and click on my drawing. It had some sort of message saying something like, this drawing requires the latest update to open, and there was a couple of buttons. Trying to recall, one said cancel and the other save work and close or something like that. I don't recall exactly because I wasn't expecting a problem later. I clicked on the latter. Program closed and launched again. I still cannot open that design. Same blue circle spinning. I tried the next design on the menu and it opened immediately. I closed and re-started the program and the same thing. Never quitting blue circle still going after 15 minutes. I hate to lose the work. Any suggestions?

Update... I rebooted the desktop. Launched 360. Scrolling down the menu to that design without clicking on it, the blue spinning circle is there. Right or left clicking on the design does nothing.

Thanks for posting! Can you please clear your cache. Is the blue spinning circle still there? If so, try the instructions in these two articles: Blue spinning circle on thumbnail and cannot open file in Fusion 360 and File stuck in upload queue in Fusion 360.

Clearing the cache worked. Thank you. I was about to start re-drawing.
