OK so I've downloaded the free trial of Fusion 360. I'm a Hobbyist and not to good on computer.

As I have said I have downloaded the free trial of fusion 360 but I can't get on to it, let me explain.

So I'm logged in and when I click the icon for fusion on my desktop it takes me back to sign in but when I enter my Email address it changes page to add password but the password saved in chrome doesn't come up and then I press send a new password I get a link to goto email and change the password which chrome again saves the updated password and I'm directed to profile page and not the drafting area what am I doing wrong

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting. I think the issue here is that you are creating new passwords instead of logging in.

You need to enter the same password you use to access your account in the web browser (Chrome) when signing into the desktop application - this is the password to your Autodesk account.

The Fusion 360 desktop application will not autofill passwords saved in Chrome - you will need to enter if manually. What happens if you enter the password from Chrome instead of clicking "send new password"?

I would like to thank you for your reply.

I have now down loaded the 30 day free trial.

I would like to know how I apply for the free membership as I'm a hobbyist, I maybe cut on my home made cnc machine 5 or six times a year.

Now on to the Tutorials for me. I have found Mr Lars Christensen Video's Is
there any where else I need to look at ?
