      <title>update failed to complete</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to work online in Fusion 360, I get the message: "the update failed to complete". I have restarted Fusion and Windows several times with no results. Please see the attached diagnostics log.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your logs seem to be filled with:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;urllib.error.URLError: &amp;lt;urlopen error [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using any anti-virus or are behind a proxy? It looks like the connection to our servers are being refused.&lt;/P&gt;
