Hello. I am having problems adding fillets in the inside diameter on this circular part that i am making. Outside diameter is working fine. Am i doing something wrong or is it a bug? I am still early in the learning process in Fusion. Please give me any hints. Is there a way i can upload the file here so anyone can try to help me?

I can upload your model by using filling in one of the Attachments located below this dialog box where you wrote your original question. It is just below the suggestions for making a good Screencast. If it was a snake, it would have bitten you when you posted your question.

Yes, i did see the attachments icon. What file format should i export in?

I did find a work around. If i add the fillet earlier in the timeline it works. Strange ...

In Fusion 360, under the File menu, you use the Export command to a folder of your choice on your local drive. The file format for a single part will be .f3d. You then attach that file.

My first guess on your issue is that you probably do not have enough material for the inside fillet to succeed. If you do them first that probably gets around the issue.

See attachment for the file. Check it out only if you want to find the problem. I have made the part as it should be with the workaround.

Using a section analysis, you can easily see that adding the outside fillers first will give you enough material to do further operation on the inside edges. I suppressed the first outside fillet so you can see that there is no material left at the inside/outside boundary.
