Muted Screencast

I view support screencasts and some are muted and I can't unmute. I click on the X'd speaker icon but it remains muted. I know there is audio. It is not all of the screencasts. Some I get the audio.

Both of these screencasts were recorded without sound. As you start the screencast, you will notice the speaker icon at the head of the playing timeline, it has a bar through it. If you click on it, it does not change to just a speaker thus you know it was recorded without sound. On the other hand, if you have one recorded with sound, the speaker starts off without a bar through it. You can select the speaker in this case and mute it.

I attached one of my screencast that has sound. It is about a problem in Autodesk Inventor but you can see what I mean from it.

Thanks John. At least I know it's not something I was doing incorrectly. I saw lots of time with no movement and felt there was probably audio I wasn't getting.
