Error opening file! The current operation will be aborted.

I have a file I can't open, I get the message "Error opening file! The current operation will be aborted." the file is ver. 97 when I went to myhub it could only show up to ver. 87, now my hub knows up to ver. 97 but i still can't open the file, on my hub I now see this message

If I promote a working version of the file, it can be loaded and edited , but when I save it, it becomes corrupted

Are your database in the cloud working properly ?

(there is no problem with any of the other files in the project)
