Trouble selecting editing tool options

When I hover my mouse over the different icons when in edit mode, I am having a heck of a time selecting the different options. In the attached video, I couldn’t even get the rotate icon to hi-light. (That was in forms/modify/edit) I have the same problem in all parts of Fusion, not just forms.

I have the same problem, and have had for a few months worth of version upgrades. There is also a similar problem that I cannot create sketch elements (line, circle, rectangle, etc) near the origin. The cursor changes from the arrow+shape to a hand whenever I get close. Trying to set the size of an element (end of line, diameter of circle, opposite corner of rectangle) close to the first position of that element also does the same thing.

There are quite a few threads in the forum about this issue. One of them has the solution: try changing the graphics driver to Auto-Select. Mine was on DX9 for some reason, and changing it fixed the problem.
