toolpath with additional large arcs (G2 and G3)

I have an issue when posting the G code for toolpaths to a particular project. I am getting alot of G2 and G3 lines that are creating large arcs.

I have attached the files related to the toolpath. I am not seeing these arcs in Fusion when I visualize the toolpath?

I am new to Fusion and do not know how to retrieve files from Fusion?

Any thoughts would be appreciated?

You didn't attach your f3d file but my observation is the arc centres are absolute and back plot correctly. If your machine is expecting incremental you will get large arcs. Have you changed anything, like using R or changed what your control is set to.

Firstly thank you for your timely response.
I am a beginner so there are things you may expect I know and I don't.
Firstly I am not familiar on how to access the files since they are cloud
based? Secondly in your response you mention absolute and "R". Would you
please explain these?
I am using the g code file on a Centroid Acorn controller on my CNC if that
makes any difference?

You can export your design using export on the file menu, save as an f3d.

What postprocessor did you use, one of the generic ones that come with Fusion. On the post dialog there are option and some have the option to use R for arcs. That said R is not recommended as on 3 or 4 decimal places are allowed in G code and that's not really enough.

Nothing attached. You need to attach file using the web interface email attachments are removed. Also use the photo option to embed pictures don't attach them as the forum viewer is rubbish.

I am having a similar problem.

My G code is creating additional Large Arcs, I already updated the maximum circular radius to 4000.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Right, but WHAT post processor are you using? What is your CNC controller? If you are not using the correct post processor for your controller, you can receive errors such as this.

In Fusion 360 I selected "Acramatic/ acramatic"

I am using a Masso G3 CNC controller

And there's your problem! You need to use a post that produces g-code that's compatible with your controller. Give this one a try:
