After an upgrade of version of F360 the Skylight stopped working and when i open any of those designs where i have applied the Skylight environment it shows this message:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><EM>Warning: The render environment applied to this design (Skylight) is currently being downloaded. The correct environment will appear once the download is complete.</EM></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The environment never downloads so i resigned to use another environment and tweak it to get similar results with no success at all.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>So to make a test without any relationship to my office computer i have just made a fresh install of F360 in my home computer (mac pro) with another internet, different Autodesk account and a new design. When i click Skylight download button&nbsp;indicator starts to spin endlessly like picture below and nothing happened again, so i switched account and try to open any of the old designs with Skylight applied and show the same message of above. You might have to clean uninstall.
